Further supporting its Latin American customers and prospects, Group 1 has translated the DOC1 user interface and help files into both Spanish and Portuguese. Group 1's Miami office has rapidly expanded to meet the growing demand for DOC1 in Latin America. The company also has a product support team in Sao Paolo, Brazil. The new Miami office, located in Miami Lakes, Florida, incorporates a training and meeting center designed to accommodate DOC1's Latin American requirements for the next five years. The DOC1 suite has been implemented by over 40 leading Latin American companies in the banking, utilities, and telecommunications industries, including, Alestra (AT&T Mexico), Brazil's Banco Itau, and Bellsouth (in Peru, Ecuador, and Venezuela).
